CNC Precision Services

CNC Machining Services including 5 Axis Machining: We offer Precision CNC Milling, Precision CNC Turning, Wire EDM and Sink EDM. We generally do not accept grinding or lapping work unless it is a part of a complex project.

We have state of the art precision CNC Machining Centers, CNC Turning centers (some with live tooling), Swiss Machines, Wire EDM Machines and Sink EDM Machines.

We can offer ultra precision CNC machining services, which need a variety of such processes. We generally prefer to perform all precision CNC Machine work within house. In house manufacturing and controls are essential for providing the quality that our customers expect from us. Unfortunately, we do not offer heat treatment or plating.

Temperature control is a key element of the precision CNC Machining processes. We have actually retrofitted our CNC Machining Centers with auxiliary chillers to ensure absolute temperature stability.
