CAD / CAM Machine Shop

CAD CAM Machine Shops: We offer true translation of our CAD drawings into our CAM manufacturing system.

Please send us your .IGS or .DXF files. If you use AutoCAD, we would be able to use its .DXF output files for manufacturing or its .DWG files for review. We can also work with Solid Works files. Please let us know your preferences and our manufacturing engineers would be happy to assist you.

An example of our experience in CAD to CAM: We were asked to machine an insert for eye glass manufacture. This convex surface had very complex curvatures. We translated the curve data and successfully produced the components on our 5 Axis CNC machining Centers.
